Sales Manager Medical Devices Singapore

Currently, I am recruiting for the role as a Singapore Sales Manager for an international medical devices company. They are looking for someone to work independently and establish, build as well as maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the market. In addition, this person needs to work with a variety of teams to analyse the current market conditions and develop the accounts for the business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Serving of existing and developed accounts as well building new markets and clients
  • Business development of the product portfolio
  • Collaboration with marketing to ensure marketing activities and the education team to deliver support to physicians
  • Responsible for the profitability of the product portfolio/segment
  • Implementation of commercial strategy to deliver results
  • Identification of growth potential within the Singapore
  • Reviewing customer feedback and providing tailored solutions to match customer expectations
  • Revenue forecasting and sales reporting

Your background:

  • Educational background in Business Management, Nursing or a related field (BS or BA level minimum)
  • Several years of experience within a clinical commercial/sales role in the medical devices industry (minimum of 3 years)
  • Previous experience in Operating Theatres would be beneficial
  • Proven track record of previous commercial success
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Well-organized and demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong personal drive and motivation
