Customer Experience Manager

My client is looking to fill the position of Customer Experience Manager responsible to spearhead the CRM function for the group to drive customer engagement activities.

If you have good understanding of Marketing & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the Pharmaceutical space, this would be an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize the regional CRM plan to drive customer conversion, retention and loyalty to meet organization's KPIs.
  • Develop go-to-market customer plan with cross functional teams for new product launch and service initiatives.
  • Digital & multi-channel customer engagement with customer experience ecosystem.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of CRM and Marketing Automation tool across all brands in all markets.
  • Continuously improve existing business and CRM processes and implement applications and related projects to meet business requirements and mid to long term strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of digital marketing & CRM experience.
  • Strong business acumen, communication and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional & cross-regional teams.
